Serenata Flowers have done it again for me. I ordered flowers for my amazing Sister in Law Sasha. The flowers were delivered within 24hrs.....AMAZING. This is the second time I've ordered from Serenata. The first time was the 23rd of December for next day. I will not be going anywhere else. Flowers were beautiful and lasted a long time. 5 stars for 5 star company. A well deserved THANK YOU.

I'm in New Zealand and have to order flowers on line for family and friends in the UK. Serenata Flowers website is so clear and easy to use, it is a pleasure to order flowers. Ive used Serenata flowers to supply and deliver flowers to the Isle of Lewis and to Hampshire and on each occasion they haven't disappointed, the recipients have loved them and sent me photos and the pictures are almost (subject to flowers in season) identical to the website pictures. I ordered them on a Saturday asking for next day (Sunday) delivery and they did. I'm very happy with them and would highly recommend them.

It was very easy to order the flowers. There was plenty of choice at a good range of prices. I ordered the flowers quite late one evening and they were delivered as standard delivery the next day - which was great! The flowers delivered consisted of a good range of fresh looking blooms, which were much appreciated by the recipient.

**Update** As of today 27th April, four DAYS after I contacted their laughingly-named ‘Customer Service’ Manager Kiera there was no response. Incredibly (!) ONE HOUR after I posted this review here I got a response here (see below) from Serenata. It is clear Serenata care WAYYYY more about publicly viewable real-world reviews and feedback than dealing with actual customers with real, verified examples of failings of recruitment, training, supervision, values, quality assurance and management. Original review follows below Address was populated from Postcode but displayed street name, number plus Postcode only. The first line (name of the school) was missing. When I asked their AWFUL Customer Service person (Riza) to amend, she told me they could only deliver to the address on their system. I pointed out the first line of the address was missing (from THEIR system). She asked me what was the address (that I had already typed at the start of the ‘chat’). She then sent a screenshot of what was on HER system* *Note this is what she sees as a staff-member logged into their system - NOT what’s displayed on the online order screen customers see. I told her I’d already typed the address in full at the start of the ‘chat’. As it was apparent what she sent me as a screenshot was different from what customers (me) see I asked did she see the address I’d entered at the start as that was the correct (full) address. She replied “Did you see my screenshot” Never, NEVER encountered a more unhelpful so-called customer service employee. I asked to speak with a Supervisor & was told one would email me later. When the mail arrived from the Manager Kiara (who is equally unsuited for Customer Service) she totally ignored the dreadful Riza’s attitude and ticked the box just so she can report ‘Customer follow-up done’ AWFUL AWFUL EXPERIENCE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
