Excellent service all round ! On Friday pm I found Serenata Flowers website, chose a lovely bouquet from a good selection on offer, put in an order for delivery next day, with prices inclusive of courier charges, and hay presto ! Order and delivery date were promptly confirmed. On Saturday morning I was notified the flowers were out for delivery and again when they were actually dropped off. Many thanks to the team

We ordered flowers and chocolate for a friend on Wednesday to be delivered on Friday. Things didn't go well as they were delivered after dark to someone in a vulnerable situation. Also, the quality of the flowers weren't up to standard. I emailed Serenata the same evening and I must confess, they were marvellous! They apologised for getting it wrong and resend the flowers the following day without quibble and during daylight time. We were impressed with the prompt, professional and considerate manner in which they responded. The flowers (2nd set) were fresh and beautiful! They even added chocolate for the inconvenience and disappointment. My friend was delighted with the gift! I would definitely recommend Serenata Flowers.
